After graduation, I worked for a neon sign company prior to joining the Air Force in 1962.  After discharge, I worked for Pan Am World Airways from 1967 until 1971 while I was attending college.  In 1973 I joined the FDNY. I retired from there in 1993 to relocate to Gilbert, AZ.  My wife Patty and I have been married since 1978 and have three children:

• Seth, who is the Associate Head Lacrosse Coach at Johns Hopkins University and resides with his wife Maureen in Baltimore.
• Kristy, who recently graduated from the University of San Diego and is working on her masters at ASU.
• Heather, who is in her junior year at Hawaii Pacific University on Oahu.

 We have also been blessed with two grandchildren by Seth and Maureen; Ryan and Erin. Although we don’t see each other as often as I would like, we do go on an annual vacation together every year during the week after Christmas.  The Family pictures are from our most recent trip to Mexico with an overhead shot of us drifting down an underground river in Xcaret.  I am still active in several small businesses here in the Phoenix area and hope to retire this year or next year to spend more time on Maui.
